Participation is open to all individuals with an interest in Palliative Care. Those who wish to attend the Conference should access the Conference website and fill in the online form. Online registration is strongly encouraged.
For those without access to the internet, you may fill in the Registration Form and return it to the Conference Managers. Each registrant must fill in a separate form. A clean photocopy of the form will be accepted, or additional forms can be obtained from the Conference Managers.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including Speakers, Chairpersons and Delegates.

For those who are not yet members of PCNA please note that we are offering $30.00 membership fee to all non-PCNA members who join the Association at the time of registering for the Conference. This fee is normally $60.00. When registering for the conference simply tick the $30.00 box and you will automatically become a member of PCNA for 12 months with all of its associated privileges including:

NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Diners and American Express are the credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by arinex .
Cheques should be made payable to PCNA 2010. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted
You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference. At the Conference you will receive the final program. Other information shall be posted on the Conference website as it comes to hand.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to the welcome reception. The Congress managers expect appropriate behavior from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Congress managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.
It is requested that you advise the Congress managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Congress managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
